Abstract : Airport security infrastructure requires continuing modernization to respond to evolving security threats, technological change, and operational demands. This paper examined two strategic leadership practices strategic vision and resource allocation and their relationship with modernization of airport security infrastructure at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), Kenya.
