Pseudo-tumor calcinosis is a rare benign tumor, characterized by a deposit of calcium material in the peri-articular soft tissues taking the appearance of a real tumor. We report the case of a 17-year-old adolescent boy with no specific history admitted for recurrent bilateral hip calcinosis.
