Abstract :
Like Key Performance Indicators (KPIs),
Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are becoming very
popular in the field of performance management nowadays
and many leading corporations are adopting this
framework. The objective of this study is to explain the
principles and techniques of KPIs and OKRs and to
examine whether they can coexist within the organization
or not.
