Abstract :
Digital libraries have become a central route to scholarly information, yet availability alone does not ensure
meaningful use. This model study examines awareness, access, digital literacy, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness,
service quality, satisfaction and continuance intention among university students in Varanasi. A synthetic cross-sectional
dataset of 250 students was constructed across Banaras Hindu University (n = 100), Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith (n
= 85) and Sampurnanand Sanskrit University (n = 65). Twenty-one Likert-type items represented seven constructs.
Reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, observed-variable path analysis, bootstrap mediation, log-linear regression
and Kruskal-Wallis tests were applied.
