We present a case of a 30-year-old male who
presented with symptomatic left distal ureteric calculus
measuring 1.5x 1.0 cm associated with the rare condition
of bladder exstrophy. Endoscopic left ureterolithotripsy
was performed and ureteric calculus was retrieved
successfully.
