Archaeology plays a crucial role in unraveling
the story of mankind's past through the examination of
material remains. In the case of Tamil Nadu, a state in
southern India, this discipline has been instrumental in
understanding the region's long history and rich cultural
heritage dating back thousands of years. Archaeological
excavations have shifted from mere treasure hunts to
