Abstract :
The aims of research were to analyze the
multifactorial impact of motivation and workload on the
performance of employees of the Banyuwangi Jajag
Health Center during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of
research wasanalytic observational with a cross-sectional
research design. The research location was at the
Banyuwangi Jajag Health Center for a period of 5 months.
The population in this study were employees of the Jajag
Health Center, totaling 38 people with a sample of 35
people using a simple random sampling technique. The
analysis method was univariate and bivariate. The results
showed that motivation had a significant impact on
employee performance with a p-value of less than 0.05 and
a positive correlation value or a unidirectional
relationship.
