This research aims to analysis the influence
of transformational leadership, intrinsic motivation,
and psychological well-being towards The employee
performance at PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk.
These research data was taken based on a questionnaire
which been distributed to 113 respondents. The
sampling method that have been used was purposive
sampling. The analytical method by using Multiple
Linear Regression with SPSS version 25. The results
show that transformational leadership has a significant
positive influence against work performance, intrinsic
motivation has significant positive influence towards
work performance aswell while psychological well-being
has significant positive effect on work performance. and
three of them has simultaneously significant positive
effect on work performance. Based on those results it is
expected presented a better figure who have good and
effective leader, as well as strengthen intrinsic
motivation and encourage psychological well-being felt
by employees so that later they could improve theirs
performance at PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk.
