This study aims to discover the Influence of
Work Motivation, Internal Control, Organizational
Culture, and Compensation on Employee Performance
at PT Sapadia Wisata Rantauprapat. This is an
associative research. The sampling technique used
census and samples from the entire population
(saturated sample) of 62 people. The type of data used is
primary data and secondary data
