Motivation, culture organizational a system of shared meanings embraced by members who distinguish the organization. “While performance can be defined as a result of work in quality and quantity that can be achieved by an employee in performing tasks in accordance with the responsibilities given to him”. This type of research is “explanatory research, with a total sample of 67 out of populations. Primary data collection using a questionnaire. Analysis of research data using statistik deskriptif and inferential (SPSS 22.0). The research hypothesis ; “proves that “work motivation and organizational culture have a significant and partially simultaneous influence on employee performance”. This study gives to ; “improve employee performance, it is necessary to build motivation (internal and external) efficiently by taking into account the factors (Maslow Ttheory)”.
