Abstract :
This study aims to reveal the effect of
hospital services on inpatient satisfaction. The
respondents of this study were 90 inpatients at
Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital. Regression analysis is
used to analyze the effect of procedures, service time,
costs, and service products on patient satisfaction. This
study found evidence that simultaneously these
variables had a positive effect on inpatient satisfaction
at the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital.
