Abstract :
The warehouse business has undergone a
revolution with the integration of advanced technology,
resulting in the transformation of traditional storage
facilities into highly efficient and dynamic settings. The
article delves into the ways in which warehousing
operations have been transformed by a number of
technological advancements, including automation,
robotics, WMS, the IoT, AI, cloud computing, and AR.
With increased efficiency, precision, and cost-effectiveness,
these technologies have made it possible to manage
inventories more effectively, fulfill orders more quickly,
and make better decisions. These technology developments
are expected to have an even greater impact on how supply
chain management and logistics are developed in the
future as the warehousing sector develops.
