Abstract :
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a game changer in the healthcare industry, with profound effects on
operational effectiveness and service quality. This empirical study examines how AI adoption affects the provision of
healthcare services, concentrating on two main aspects: improving operational efficiency (resource allocation, patient
waiting times, administrative workflows, and cost reduction) and improving service quality (diagnostic accuracy, patient
satisfaction, and care personalization). The study used a standardized survey instrument that was given to [N]
administrators and healthcare workers from various healthcare facilities, utilizing a quantitative research approach. To
find statistically significant correlations between AI adoption levels and key performance measures, data were analyzed
using multiple regression, correlation analysis, and descriptive statistics.
