The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of training development, motivation, and compensation on employee’s work productivity at PT Indojapan Steel Center. The method used is a quantitative method with an explanatory type of research. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Indojapan Steel Center as many as 91 employees. Determination of the number of samples is conducted using simple random sampling technique so that the samples used in this study were 91 employees of PT. Indojapan Steel Center. The data obtained are then processed using the SPSS version 22.00 program, the analytical method used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis.
