Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to determine and
explain the effect of soft skills and work ability on
motivation and its implications for employee
performance, which in this case is the performance of
the Civil Servants (PNS) Center for Education and
Training of the Agency for Research and Development
of Human Resources, Ministry of Communication and
Informatics of the Republic Indonesia with the State
Civil Apparatus
