Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the rotation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Makassar Class I Rutan. So that the hypothesis can be accepted. Mutation variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at Class I Rutan Makassar. So that the hypothesis can be accepted. Rotation and mutation variables have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Makassar Class I Rutan. This proves that the hypothesis can be accepted.
