Employee Green Behavior has been shown to contribute significantly to Environmental Performance. However, the influence of Green Innovation on Environmental Performance is not significant. Moreover, Employee Green Behavior can act as a mediator linking the influence of Green Human Resource Management on Environmental Performance, but not in the case of Green Innovation.
