The obstacles of the globalization era for company is how to achieve competitive advantage through the company's business achievements that are superior to competitors. The company must ensure that all of its employees have performed their best and contributed to the progress of the company's business. Employees have a vital role in a company to build a business, so it is necessary for company to give appropriate appreciation in order to avoid a desire to leave the company. This research expects to observe the effect of compensation, career development, job rotation on turnover intention in the operation officer division of a visa service company in Jakarta. The insightful procedure utilized in this exploration is SmartPLS 3.0. The number of samples in this study is 107 employees of the operation officer determined by the census sampling method. The results show that compensation significantly effect turnover intention. Career development not significantly effect on turnover intention. Job rotation significantly effect on turnover intention.
