Abstract : This study examined the structural validity of neighborhood crime measures in the Davao Region using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Specifically, the study sought to confirm the factor structure identified by España and Nabe (2023), determine model fit, assess construct reliability, examine correlations among latent constructs, and develop a validated framework of neighborhood crime applicable to the Davao Region. A quantitative, non-experimental research design was employed, involving 400 adult residents selected through stratified random sampling across the provinces of the Davao Region. Data were gathered using a 5-point Likert-scale instrument adapted from the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) study of España and Nabe (2023).
