A descriptive analytical survey design was adopted and a primary data were obtained through e questionnaire which was designed and administered to 228 employees out of total 560 employees. The study was based on a simple random sampling. The data were analyzed through SPSS V.24 using a descriptive statistical tool namely frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations and related weights to determine the extent of implementing OH&S systems while inferential statistical analysis tools such as correlation and regression were used to determine and explain the relationship and the impact of OH&S systems with employees' performance. The study showed that the extent of implementing OH&S systems in PetroMasila Company was high. The correlation analysis revealed a strong positive relationship between OH&S systems and employees' performance in PetroMasila Company. The regression analysis indicated that all OH&S systems combined or independent affect employees' performance.
