Abstract :
Digital image forensics is becoming a crucial area in forensic investigations. There occurs many investigations which need to identify the source of a particular image. Here we discuss about two methods in identification of the source of an image. LADCT and DWT methods which uses the noise residuals from the image to identify and categorize the source of the image. The paper discusses about LADCT and DC method to identify the source and the comparison between the methods to show which method is better in classification of the camera models and also in accuracy of identifying the image.
