Abstract :
Hypercalcemia during cancer progression may
reflect the expression of hypersecretion of PTH-related
peptide (PTH-rp). This observation illustrates the
possibility of malignant humoral hypercalcemia (MHH)
in penile cancer in an 82-year-old patient treated at the
Émile Durkheim Hospital in Épinal, France.
