Abstract :
Prenatal ultrasound screening has become a routine part of care for women in Ghana. The modality is quite different from most other techniques because it permits women to visualize their babies on screen real- time. Routine obstetric ultrasound screening plays a significant role in reducing maternal mortality and has gained recognition for its use in prenatal care globally. The aim of this study centered on describing the knowledge, attitudes, and practices of pregnant women towards prenatal sonography at a Municipal Hospital in Ghana.
