Abstract :
The study aims to determine the factors affecting employee motivation in tourism organizations in Danang, Vietnam. To achieve this target, the Likert scale will be applied to examine the relationship between independent and dependent variable. The key findings will reveal whether the factors including salary, benefits, supervisor, co-worker, work condition, work itself, training, development and recognition have influences on employee motivation. It will bring to conclude that employee motivation is a highly sensitive concept which is affected by a multiplicity of factors. This paper also proposes recommendations for tourism managers to cultivate the employee motivation because of its important role in maximizing the organization’s profits and improving the business operation.
