Abstract :
For a student to get the jobafter the finishing
of the study, it is very difficult to understand the
requirements of employer. In current competitive
scenario management students are facing many types of
difficulties to get their job. Employers are facing
difficulties to find the right talent in studentsand
students are not able to understand what type of skills
employer is looking for. This is the primary
responsibility of every institution to provide updated
knowledge, different types of skills and professional
behavior to their students so, that they can get the job
easily. Institution should be aware about the job market
competition and employer expectations.Their
curriculums for students should be updated after every
two years. If need of market will match with the
management students ability, this is possible to get the
right job for students. In this paper researcher will
discuss about the different type of employability skill
which is required to get a job, and what type of skills
employer are expecting from their employees.
