increasing productivity, lowering attrition rates, and improving job satisfaction. Teachers’ turnover is a crucial matter for
students as well as school. School should take steps to reduce teacher turnover as it negatively effects the student’s
achievement, appointment of less effective and efficient teacher and costly for school. Through this study, the researcher
tries to prove that if the salary is paid regularly on time, teachers will continue in the same institution for long period of time
in comparison if it is not paid regularly. On time salary works as motivational factor for teachers. Hence it can reduce the
teachers’ turnover. As a result, regularity & on-time salary is the key to retain teachers.
