Abstract : The present review is a systematic literature review-cum-bibliometric analysis of quick commerce (Q-commerce), the retail model that promises to deliver everyday goods within minutes. Through this review, the authors map how the field has evolved, who contributes to it and which themes dominate, and set out directions for future research. The data were retrieved from Elsevier’s Scopus database on 16 September 2026. After inclusion and exclusion criteria and data cleaning were applied, 543 journal articles and reviews published between 2011 and 2026 were analysed with RStudio and Biblioshiny, and 77 studies on quick commerce and closely related instant-delivery models were reviewed in depth.

Keywords : Quick Commerce; Q-Commerce; Dark Stores; Last-Mile Delivery; Bibliometric Analysis; Systematic Literature Review.

The present review is a systematic literature review-cum-bibliometric analysis of quick commerce (Q-commerce), the retail model that promises to deliver everyday goods within minutes.
