The purpose of this study is to describe the PR activities and communication patterns carried out by the PR of Bank Indonesia Representative Office of East Nusa Tenggara in communicating the GenBI program before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is an instrumental case study. The results showed that the PR activities underwent changes during the covid-19 pandemic. Before the Pandemic the PR disseminated information using face-to-face activities, and had a limited target audience. Meanwhile, during the pandemic, activities are carried out virtually with unlimited audiences. Based on the media used, the communication pattern has not changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the patterns are carried out in combination, namely the primary communication and secondary communication pattern. Meanwhile, if viewed from the communication network that occurs, the communication pattern used is the Y network communication pattern.
