Abstract :
In this research paper we are going to
evaluated how polycarbonate been an advance building
material in today’s world and its need to be taken up.
The whole study in this paper revolved around the
material property and its application in the field of
architecture and in the field of construction. Its market
approach and future scope of the material in India.
Research also caters the various parameters on that
basis polycarbonate material is defined to be more
reliable material in construction and a better option for
roof and façade treatment. Polycarbonates used in
engineering are strong, tough materials, and some
grades are optically transparent. They are easily worked,
molded, and thermoformed. Because of these properties,
polycarbonates find many applications. Polycarbonate
material is kept on improving to sustain in the market
and found out to be versatile and withstand the today’s
need of advance material
