Hisar is one of India's minority-concentrated districts that lags behind in terms of socioeconomic indicators (Category B1). To build a multi sectoral development plan with the most recent gaps and priorities, a baseline study was undertaken. Because the researcher is from District Hisar, he did this study on his own time. The study's major purpose is to look at the social and economic growth of Hisar, Haryana.
