Abstract :
Since the government imposed the Indonesian
National Standard (SNI), which aims to protect public
health and increase its competitiveness, packaged palm
cooking oil in Indonesia has drawn attention. It
establishes the precise standard for vitamin A content
overall. This study's goal is to create a commercial
procedure for packaged palm cooking oil that will lower
costs. The approach of this study makes use of Business
Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) and Value Stream
Mapping-Lean Thinking (VSM-LT). According to the
study's findings, waste can be identified by integrating
the VSM-LT and BPMN models.
