Abstract :
Mother and Child Specialty Hospitals in
metropolitan cities like Bangalore operate under unique
challenges, including high operational costs, specialized
staffing, and competitive healthcare markets. Achieving a
sustainable EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes,
Depreciation, and Amortization) of at least 20% requires
innovative cost-management strategies, efficient resource
allocation, and a focus on revenue enhancement. This
article presents an in-depth analysis of standard
expenditure benchmarks, innovative strategies, and
actionable insights with supporting graphical
representations to improve financial outcomes. The
article aims to serve as a guide for hospital entrepreneurs,
chairpersons, and CEOs.
