This study was conducted to examine the role
of motivation and compensation on employee
performance. Because the role of motivation and
compensation is important in improving performance.
Low motivation and unjustified compensation will have an
impact on the company's overall performance. From the
results of research conducted, it was found that motivation
has a positive and significant effect on performance.
Likewise, compensation has a positive and significant
effect on performance. This illustrates the importance of
the company in maintaining high motivation and
providing proper compensation to maintain the
performance and productivity of the company's
employees
