Abstract :
The present invention relates to a novel
stretch flange grade dual-phase (DP) 590 steel
composition and a manufacturing method thereof. The
invention provides an improved steel composition and
processing technique that enhances the mechanical
properties, formability, and performance characteristics
of the steel, making it ideal for stretch flange
applications. The invention offers a unique combination
of strength, ductility, and formability, resulting in
improved automotive part performance and
manufacturing efficiency.
