Abstract : Background: Dental extraction in patients receiving direct oral anticoagulants requires careful bleeding-risk assessment and local hemostatic measures. Concomitant type 2 diabetes may further complicate postoperative care.

Keywords : Advanced Platelet-Rich Fibrin; A-PRF+; Rivaroxaban; Tranexamic Acid; Surgical Tooth Extraction; Case Report.
