Abstract :
This study aimed to investigate how
educational institutions like Laguna State Polytechnic
University Santa Cruz Campus empower the gay student
community and come up with a development plan
intended for them. The researchers utilized the
descriptive approach for this study, specifically a
correlational research design to analyze and examine the
relationship between LGBTQIA+ challenges at LSPU
Santa Cruz Campus. Thirty (30) purposively chosen
students belonging to LGBTQIA+ community across the
colleges of the said campus were the respondents for the
study.
