Abstract : Bacterial biofilm is a complex microbial community which is highly resistant to antimicrobials. Biofilms cause health problems in food industries, hospitals and water environment. Many bacteria use the biofilm formation as a strategy to survive when exposed to antimicrobial compounds and to evade host immune responses
