This research aims to find out the significance
of the influence of Motivation, and Career Development
on employee performance at PT. Pixel Perdana Jaya.
The population in the study was 60 employees. Sampling
technique uses the non probability sampling method
with a type of saturated sampling. The data collection
techniques used in this study are using interview
techniques and with the dissemination of questionnaires.
The analysis method used in this study is a linear
regression model where in the processing of data using
the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version
20 program. The results showed that motivation and
career development have a positive and significant effect
on employee performance.
