Abstract :
In today’s environment of increasing globalization and cultural diversity, managing multicultural teams places
new demands on organizational leaders. This article analyses the concept of inclusive leadership and its relevance for
building a fair, effective, and sustainable work environment in a multicultural context. Based on a literature review of
theoretical models and practical examples, the impact of inclusive leadership on organizational culture is identified. The
results confirm that inclusive leadership significantly improves organizational culture, increases employees' sense of
belonging, their satisfaction and cross-cultural effectiveness, fosters innovation and facilitates adaptation to changing
global business conditions.
