Abstract : The aim of this study was to formulate and evaluate Dacarbazine (5-(3, 3-dimethyltriaz-1-en-1-yl)- 1H-imidazole-4-carboxamide implants using hydrophilic polymers. Dacarbazine implants were made using hydrophilic polymers. Nine formulas were prepared using Carbopol 931, Carbopol 934 and Carbopol 971.
