Total Quality Management practices are beneficial in achieving continuous quality improvement in manufacturing industries. An attempt is made to find out the potential failures in the automatic high-pressure line of a casting industry. Implementation of TFMEA on automatic high-pressure lines of casting industry is seen to bring down the number of rejections per batch.
