Abstract : Adolescent mental health is a vital aspect of overall well-being, influenced by various social, emotional, and environmental factors, requiring comprehensive support systems to promote resilience and long-term development. This study evaluates the implementation of school-based mental health programs aimed at promoting resilience among adolescents in the Municipality of Bato, Catanduanes. The research highlights the increasing mental health challenges faced by adolescents and the critical need for context-specific interventions tailored to rural settings. The study objectives included assessing the demographic profiles of respondents, measuring the extent of program implementation, identifying specific strategies employed, and exploring the relationship between respondent profiles and program effectiveness. Using a descriptive-correlation approach, data were collected through validated questionnaires and interviews involving 290 senior high school students from three secondary institutions in Bato. The findings revealed that the programs were moderately implemented, with significant variations based on demographic factors such as age, sex, and family income. Key strategies identified included counseling sessions, resilience workshops, and mental health literacy campaigns. However, gaps in resources and cultural alignment were noted as barriers to full program integration. Statistical analysis confirmed a significant relationship between the respondents' profiles and the perceived effectiveness of the programs. The study recommends enhancing the accessibility and cultural relevance of school-based mental health programs by incorporating locally tailored activities and increasing stakeholder involvement. A comprehensive strategic plan is proposed to improve program delivery, aiming to foster adolescent resilience and well-being in resource-limited settings. This research underscores the importance of targeted mental health initiatives as integral components of educational systems, particularly in underserved rural communities.
