Abstract : Biodegradation of organic and inorganic materials and polymers is a complex process of change that occurs with the growth and metabolic activities of organisms. It can be seen in monuments, murals, and scroll artwork. Biodegradation is called "all adverse changes that occur in the material due to the vital functions of the body." Culture extinction is caused by macroorganisms such as animals, plants, and mosses, as well as organisms such as autotrophic or heterotrophic bacteria, microfungi, cyanobacteria, algae, and lichens. To perform the assessment of biodegradation, appropriate structure and properties of biodetergents are often required. Therefore, this study focuses on the causes of destruction of electronic equipment, such as long term exposure location and unstable water. The capacity also includes cleaning of livestock on concrete / stone and isolation of human pathogens from sewers and unsustainable waterlines at Gwarinpa Estate in the Abuja Municipality Area. Samples from drainage sytems in various parts of the region (Chembiam Square, Enoch Square, Gwarinpa II; Fourth Street, Sa'adu Zungur Mansion, etc. ) are being collected and analyzed. After performing various culture and biochemical tests on the isolated organisms, it was determined that the water leaving the Gwarinpa Site was contaminated with bacteria such as E.coli, Pseudomonas spp., Candida spp., Bacillus spp., and Staphylococcus aureus. Based on these findings, it was recommended to dry the drainage syatems to prevent public nuisance. Good hygiene is also recommended to keep the water clean and the drainage system dry at all times to prevent contamination.
