Abstract :
This study explores the interplay between
organizational learning (OL) and organizational
innovativeness (OI) within the automotive sector.
Drawing on a sample of 120 employees, it employs causal
and cross-sectional methods to examine how OL predicts
OI and whether these dynamics vary by employee
designation and gender. Findings reveal a significant
positive relationship between OL and OI, with OL
explaining 97.4% of the variance in OI. The study
underscores the critical role of continuous learning in
fostering innovation and maintaining competitive
advantage in dynamic industries.
