Green concrete is mainly to protect environmental pollution and for sustainable development. It mainly consists of recycled concrete aggregate, waste building concrete, etc. The properties of natural aggregate is differ from the recycled coarse aggregate. The properties of hardened concrete are compared with different water-cement ratio. The hardened concrete is observed using washed recycled coarse aggregate. Recycled aggregate is generally used to increase the creep and drying shrinkage. It decreases the modulus of elasticity and compressive strength when compared to natural aggregate. The recron 3S polyester fibre is added to give additional strength to the concrete. This fibre is added as 0.5%, 1%, and 1.5% by volume of cement in order to improve its performance and to reduce cracks. The test conducted for M30 grade concrete is compressive strength, split tensile strength and flexural strength. It is cured and tested after 7 days, 14 days, and 28 days and the optimum dosage of recron 3S is compared.
