Abstract :
The purpose of this study were: (1) To study a
causal model of factors influencing leadership in the digital
age affecting the performance of high-tech SMEs in Henan
Province. (2) To analyze the factors influencing leadership in
the digital age affecting the performance of high-tech SMEs in
Henan Province.(3) To identify effective strategy to improve
the efficiency of high-tech SMEs in Henan Province. This
study adopts a mixed research method combining
quantitative and qualitative research. The quantitative
research uses Hair’s sample size calculation method to obtain
a total of 340 samples, The regional scope of this study is
Nanyang City, Henan Province. The qualitative research
method was in-depth interviews, with the main subjects being
8 managers or human resource management managers of
small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises in Nanyang
City, Henan Province.
Major findings: In the relationship between leadership and
SMEs effectiveness in the digital era, our study shows that
leadership enhancement directly affects the technological
innovation, talent and skills, financial resources, and market
environment of the organization. Specifically, the strong
relationship between leadership factors and incentives in the
digital era stimulates employees' intrinsic motivation,
resulting in a significant increase in both innovation and
effectiveness indicators. Regarding job satisfaction, we find
that motivational factors such as reward incentive system,
favorable working environment and career development
opportunities are closely related to employee satisfaction.
Corporate culture and coworker relationships also play a key
role in job satisfaction and have a positive impact on
enhancing employees' overall happiness and satisfaction. The
index values for level of consistency the structural equation
simulation model appropriate and harmonious empirical data

0.043 Through in-depth data analysis, this study provides
clear guidance and suggestions for the implementation of

employee satisfaction.
