Abstract :
This research is a continuation of the
entrepreneurship training activities carried out for job
training participants in the city of Palembang. the
purpose of this study is to analyze how the impact before
and after the training. by using the analysis tool, it was
found that after the training in the form of material
presentation or seminar the knowledge level of the
participants increased. Therefore, in the future, training
activities or entrepreneurship seminars like this should be
carried out regularly because entrepreneurship
development is seen as a strategic step in an effort to
overcome the nation's economic problems.
