Talinum triangulare Jacq. (Water leaf) is a leafy vegetable eaten in most countries in Africa in preparation of soups to enrich the starchy main dishes due to its tastes, medicinal uses such as antiinflammation, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial properties. In Lagos State, Nigeria, where there is an increase in population and high demand for vegetables, farmers are faced with the challenges of which manure is best for growing vegetables and enhance financial remuneration. Thus, this study tends to determine the effects of different organic manures on the growth of water leaf and the best organic manure that will be suitable for its cultivation. Seeds were bought from Lagos State Agricultural Inputs Supply. Pig manure, poultry manure and cow dung were collected from a local farm in Lagos State; Growth experiments on Talinum triangulare J.
