Effect of Motivation and Compensation on Organizational Commitment at PT XYZ

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and compensation on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. XYZ. The research data was taken based on a questionnaire that had been distributed to 83 respondents. The sampling method used is probability sampling. Analytical methods using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 24. The result of motivation has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment and compensation has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and both simultaneously have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Based on the results of these studies are expected to strengthen motivation and increase compensation to increase organizational commitment to PT. XYZ.
