Abstract :
Competition in the banking sector which is
increasingly competitive in the era of globalization
requires a bank to find a way out to be able to compete
and excel, including in this case the Rural Credit Bank
(BPR). Market orientation and learning orientation
become moments that contribute to increasing the
bank's competitive advantage.
